MOVING CRANES
Description
1.The crane’s movement is facilitated by a rack-and-pinion drive system and uses an encoder for precise positioning. This combination not only enables high-speed operation but also guarantees accurate positioning.
2.When it comes to lifting and lowering the crane, hydraulic power is utilized, and it employs a reinforced guide frame. In contrast, for the high-position plug and pull drill machine, a steel wire rope is used alongside a diamond-shaped guide system.
3.The column of the walking beam is designed with an embedded bolt-type configuration, which offers the advantages of easy installation, adjustment, and enhanced stability.
4.The main beam is constructed using a 40020010 rectangular tube, while the vertical beam employs a 30020010 rectangular tube. These components are processed and assembled as a single unit.
5.All lifting, unlocking, and turning operations of the crane are powered by a hydraulic system.
6.The mold grab hook uses a direct grab structure and incorporates both hydraulic locking and mechanical self-locking mechanisms to ensure safe lifting.
7.For mold unlocking, a hydraulic cylinder-driven direct-opening system is employed. The locking arm rotates 90° to release the locking hook, simplifying the lifting and demolding process.
