MIXING SYSTEM
Description
- The stirring shaft is linked to the motor through a D-type V belt and incorporates robust nickel alloy stirring blades. Furthermore, high-speed and heavy-duty bearings are employed to enhance both the longevity and temperature control within the bearing chamber.
- Utilizing a 90kw switched reluctance motor in conjunction with a specialized controller, our system employs cross impeller stirring. This motor offers advantages such as overload protection, a high flow capacity, and outstanding efficiency. The stirring speed is adjustable within the range of 0-1480 revolutions per minute, and the mixing process typically takes less than 3.5 minutes.
- Within the mixing tank, the slurry is pushed down by the mixing blades and subsequently swirled to establish a continuous closed-loop vortex. The inclusion of a spoiler generates turbulent flow, ensuring a more thorough and effective mixing process.
- Our mixer is furnished with both manual and automatic steam heating mechanisms, offering precise control over steam injection speed and pressure. The temperature measurement accuracy is maintained at ±1℃, and the digital thermometer signal output is connected to the control panel, providing real-time display of the tank’s temperature.
