Forming host: This equipment is a vibration compression four column forming brick making machine. It has the characteristics of multi-purpose, stable performance, easy operation, and high output.
- Vibration system: Adopting integrated design of vibrator and vibration platformfor penetrating vibration, high vibration frequency, and uniform vibration force. The power part of the vibrator is variable frequency vibration. Maximize the utilization of effective vibration force, evenly transmit vibration force to various parts of the mold box, and maximize the product density and mold service life.
- Hydraulic system: The oil pipes are arranged neatly and the direction of the oil pipes is more reasonable. The main oil pump, dual proportion valve, and solenoid valve are all made of high-end domestic components, assembled with core technology from Qilu Brick Machine, with stable performance, extremely low failure rate, and fast and stable walking speed for each action. The oil pipe is imported from Italy, which is resistant to aging, does not leak oil, and has a long service life. The connectors are made of high-end domestic manufacturers’ products to avoid oil leakage and ensure stable pressure and good equipment operation.
- Electric control system: PLC automatic (three variable frequency) comprehensive control technology, with independent frequency conversion design for each part of the entire line. The PLC adopts Taiwan Fengwei, and the touch screen, sensors, frequency converters, and circuit accessories all use famous brand accessories such as Omron, Taiwan Shilin, Jietong, Sine, and ABB.
- Fabric system: New semi enclosed storage hopper, with electrically controlled door opening. The feeding amount can be adjusted according to the material usage of different brick types, making the feeding more precise. The fabric truck adopts a reciprocating gear shifting type, which quickly and evenly adds materials to the mold. The bottom plate of the fabric truck is made of Shanghai Baosteel NM400 high-strength wear-resistant plate, greatly improving its service life. The mixing teeth are quenched with 35cro, which has good willpower and wear resistance. The bolt type design makes replacement more convenient.
- Brick feeder: Operates with variable frequency control, adjustable speed, stable operation, and no damage to the finished product.
