Description

Autoclaves, also referred to as steam curing vessels, are sizable container-based equipment designed to create a high-temperature, high-pressure environment for the chemical reactions involved in the autoclaving process. They find extensive application in aerated concrete block and panel production. Following autoclaving, silicate products achieve heightened strength and significantly reduce the curing period.
These versatile units are also widely employed across various industries including building materials (e.g., concrete pipe piles, lime sand bricks, fly ash bricks, calcium silicate boards), as well as in glass processing, chemical production, pharmaceuticals, rubber, wood, and the military sector, among others.
Typically, autoclaves come in various diameters, such as 2.0 meters, 2.5 meters, 2.68 meters, 2.8 meters, and 3.2 meters. Their lengths range from 20 meters to 42 meters.
Our company has assimilated advanced design principles from abroad and collaborated successfully with domestic universities to develop a range of products. These include autoclaves with features like manual upper (side) door opening and automatic hydraulic (pneumatic) door opening.
