2、 Vibration system: 1. Adopting vibration technology, the vibrator is integrated with the vibration platform design, combined with the dynamic and static platforms, penetrating vibration, high vibration frequency, and variable frequency vibration for the vibration power part. It adopts Swedish imported anti reverse wire pads, and the bolts are made of Taiwan Jinyi high-strength bolts, making the connection between various parts more stable. 2. The Siemens variable frequency vibration motor is directly connected to the connecting rod type soft connection transmission assembly, eliminating the traditional belt transmission link in the vibration mode. The vibration speed is fast, the vibration force is large, and the molding speed cycle of each brick is increased by 3-4 seconds, resulting in a 20% increase in production.
